We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, or Visa), holiday vouchers (ANCV), checks, or bank transfer.
A deposit of 25%, along with optional cancellation insurance, will be required upon reservation. The full balance must be settled no later than 1 month before the start of the stay.
If the reservation is made less than one month before the start of the stay, the entire balance must be paid at the time of booking (checks not accepted).
Yes, that is possible. You can enjoy the services offered by the campsite, such as the snack bar, pools, and lagoon, as well as the playground, and you can pick up the keys to your rental at the reception from 4 PM onward.
Yes, it is entirely possible to rent these items. For cribs and high chairs, we recommend reserving them when making your reservation, as we have limited stock. However, it is also possible to reserve them at the reception, subject to availability.
As for charcoal BBQs, you can reserve them online through our website or by phone when booking your stay. It's also possible to rent them directly at the reception on-site. You can also bring your own (charcoal and gas only).
Yes, pets are allowed on the campsite, subject to an additional fee during the high season. Only dogs of 1st and 2nd categories are not allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite.
Yes, a deposit of €130 will be requested upon your arrival, either through a credit card imprint or by check. It will not be cashed.
The campsite does not conduct a departure inventory check. The key should be returned to the reception by 10 AM at the latest. The rental unit must be returned in perfect cleanliness, and the inventory may be verified. Any broken or damaged items will be your responsibility, as well as the restoration of the unit if necessary. The deposit will be destroyed within a fortnight (an email will be sent for information on destruction) after deductions for any observed damages or if the unit is not returned in a condition comparable to that of your arrival. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the expenses exceed its amount.
In low season:
Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on weekdays.
On Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
And on Sundays, reception is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
In high season (July and August):
Sunday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
On Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
For rentals and camping pitches, arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure before 10.00 am.
Except for the LUXE range, departure is authorised no later than 11am.
Yes, it is possible to arrive after the reception opening hours. Just inform the campsite, and we will provide you with the late arrival protocol to retrieve your accommodation.
Yes, the laundry facility is located at the entrance of the campsite, opposite the reception. It is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Tokens for the dryer and washing machine, as well as laundry detergent, are available for purchase at the reception.
Yes, all our rentals come with a television with TNT channels.
The campsite provides pillows and a duvet per bed. You therefore need to bring your own pillow cases, sheets, towels, tea towels and household products.
However, in the LUXURY range, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Linen can be hired, but this must be arranged at least 48 hours before your arrival (contact the campsite for details).
Yes, BBQs are allowed in the campsite, but only charcoal and gas BBQs.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire site and is complimentary.
Starting from April 7, the indoor pool is available from 10 am to 7 pm.
From mid-May, the lagoon, outdoor pool, and slides will be open from 10 am to 7 pm, as well as in September (until September 15).
During the summer holidays, the water park is open from 10 am to 8 pm.
The pools are heated.
The lagoon is not heated, but due to its shallow depth, the temperature remains pleasant during warm weather.
No, swim shorts are not allowed in the pools. You must wear a swimsuit for hygiene reasons. However, we tolerate their use in the lagoon.
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity count. The maximum number indicated for each rental must not be exceeded.
No, there is no lifeguard; however, during the high season, there is a pool attendant. We remind you that children are under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
Yes, the campsite offers entertainment.
There are evening events during the Ascension and Pentecost weekends.
During the high season, there are daytime activities for both adults and children, as well as evening entertainment for the whole family (evening activities conclude at 11:30 PM).
Yes, there is a mini-club during the high season for children aged 4 to 10.
Yes, we have a teen club, which is our new addition for 2024! It operates four mornings a week during July and August.
